Itinerak is a travel-planning and traveler-connection service. It is not an emergency, medical, security, law-enforcement or personal safety service. Travel information can change, and other users may not be who they claim to be. Use independent judgment when making travel decisions or interacting with other users.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Itinerak App, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the service.
Itinerak is currently independently owned and operated by Adil Elaymani, based in Fez, Morocco.
2. The service
Itinerak provides travel-planning, destination-information, weather-related and traveler-connection features.
Features may change, be limited by location or device, or become temporarily unavailable.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, maintaining the security of your credentials and activity performed through your account.
You must provide information that you are permitted to use and must not impersonate another person.
You must not create accounts for deceptive, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Travel information
Places, routes, weather information, distances, descriptions and other travel information are provided for planning and informational purposes.
Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or changed without notice.
You must independently verify important information with official providers, transportation operators, accommodation providers, local authorities and other appropriate sources.
Do not rely on Itinerak alone for decisions involving health, safety, transportation, border requirements, opening hours, prices, weather conditions or other time-sensitive matters.
5. Travelers Nearby
Travelers Nearby is a discovery feature based on approximate distance information.
It is not a tracking service and is not intended to provide another user's precise location.
Itinerak does not guarantee the identity, intentions, location, availability, behavior or safety of another user.
You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when interacting with people you meet through the service.
6. Friends and private messages
The friendship system and private messaging are subject to the app's current rules and permissions.
Private messaging is intended for eligible friends under the service's current functionality.
You must not circumvent friendship, visibility, messaging, authentication or security controls.
You must not use private communication features to harass, threaten, deceive, scam or otherwise harm another person.
7. User content
You remain responsible for content you submit, publish, send or otherwise make available through the service.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content.
You must not use the service to publish or transmit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, deceptive or harmful content.
You grant the service the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process and display your content for the purpose of operating the features you request.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Itinerak to:
- Stalk, threaten, intimidate or harass another person.
- Defraud, scam or deliberately deceive other users.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Distribute malware or malicious code.
- Send spam or unwanted commercial communications.
- Attempt to obtain another person's credentials or account.
- Exploit or endanger minors.
- Violate another person's privacy or rights.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
- Attempt to bypass technical, authentication or access controls.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
9. Interactions with other travelers
Itinerak does not conduct universal identity verification and does not guarantee the behavior or intentions of users.
Any friendship, conversation, exchange of information or in-person meeting arranged through the service is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

10. Sponsored promotional cards
Itinerak may display sponsored promotional cards within the application.
These cards may contain promotional text, images, HTML-formatted content and links to external websites.
Promotions may be selected according to travel context, such as a country, city or itinerary.
The current Itinerak promotional system does not use Google AdSense or Google AdMob. Sponsored promotional cards do not constitute a guarantee, recommendation or endorsement of the advertiser or its products and services.
You are responsible for evaluating any external offer, product or service before making a purchase, booking, payment or other commitment.
Once you follow a promotional link and leave Itinerak, the external website operates under its own terms and privacy practices.
11. Third-party services
The app may use third-party services or infrastructure for functions such as hosting, weather information, notifications, location-related functionality, security or other technical operations.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and may be changed, interrupted or unavailable.
Itinerak is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Intellectual property
The Itinerak service, branding, software, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Itinerak, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected portions of the service.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Itinerak's intellectual property to you.
13. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue or limit features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product development or other operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous functionality or permanent availability of any particular feature.
14. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated if you violate these Terms, create security or safety risks, abuse other users, engage in unlawful conduct or otherwise misuse the service.
Where appropriate and lawful, we may also act on reports of harmful or abusive behavior.
You may stop using the service at any time.
15. Account deletion
You may permanently delete your Itinerak account using the account-deletion functionality provided by the app.
You may also use the dedicated Delete Account page to submit an account-deletion request.
After deletion, the account cannot be used to sign in again unless a new account is created. Limited information may remain where retention is required or permitted by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its travel information are provided without guarantees that they will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, suitable for a particular purpose or free of errors.
Itinerak does not guarantee the safety of destinations, trips, meetings or interactions between users.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Itinerak will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the service.
This includes losses connected with travel decisions, inaccurate or changing information, third-party services, communications with users, meetings, delays, cancellations or service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims or losses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights.
This applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not apply where such allocation is prohibited.
19. Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other rights that cannot legally be waived in the country where you live.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morocco, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves, features change or legal requirements develop.
The current version will be published at this URL with an updated date.
Where permitted by applicable law, continued use of the service after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are designed around the current Itinerak App feature set. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the countries and markets where the app is offered.
